  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 nos Red Onion
  • 2 nos Red Chili
  • 2 nos Red Tomato

  • 10 gm Lime Leaves
  • 30 gm cabbage
  • 60 gm Shiitake Mushroom
  • 40 gm Enoki Mushroom
  • 20 gm Green Peas
  • Corn Starch (for gravy)

  1. Heat the pan and place a little oil. Once the oil has warmed, enter Kuew Tiaw mee and add the soy sauce to taste enhancer.

  2. Pick up and separate Kuew Tiaw on the plate.
